Practice:
1. Crab be washed, cut into small pieces.
2. Soybean be shelled, put into the pan and add a little salt then stir until cooked, reserve.
3. Put chives, onion, ginger slices into the hot pan with some oil, then stir with the Crab. Add a little rice wine, sugar, a little water, and put into edamnme, stir together until cooked. Finally add just a little essence of chicken, abd salt. That is ok and ready to eat.
