Way to Clean a Commercial Fryer

Commercial fryers, it need daily cleaning.
Firstly, when you do cleaning and maintenance, the power should be cut off to avoid accidents.

When cleaning, you should wait for the oil temperature down to room temperature after, then use wet towel, cleaning furnace body surface and power lead outside surface, it is strictly prohibited to direct water flushing control box surface.
