Oyster sauce, ginger and fried chicken

Ingredients:

Drumsticks, oyster sauce
Salt, sugar
Soy sauce, ginger
Garlic, dark soy sauce

Practice:

1.To shred the drumsitcks, marinate with salt, sugar, Soy sauce for 5 minutes.

2. To cut ginger into strips, and then prepare some minced garlic, chill, pepper, and scallion.
3. Hot pan with put ginger strip, and garlic until fragrant, then put into chicken and stir-fry in middle heat, then pour a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, stir well, and add water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

4. Put the green peppers, scallion into pan, and then simmer for half a minute, add the amount of salt.

That is Oyster sauce, ginger and fried chicken.

Crab Fried Green Soy Bean

Ingredients:

Crab, soy bean, edamame
Onion, ginger, chives

Practice:

1. Crab be washed, cut into small pieces.

2. Soybean be shelled, put into the pan and add a little salt then stir until cooked, reserve.

3. Put chives, onion, ginger slices into the hot pan with some oil, then stir with the Crab. Add a little rice wine, sugar, a little water, and put into edamnme, stir together until cooked. Finally add just a little essence of chicken, abd salt. That is ok and ready to eat.
