Spiced vegetarian dicer

Ingredients:

One carrot,  a head of celery.
8 fresh mushrooms, 1 small piece of ginger
garlic braids, 2 red pepper
Allspice, sugar, salt and so appropriate

1. To cut carrots, mushrooms, celery into dices, chopped ginger garlic, and red pepper.

2. Add a little oil into pan, put ginger and garlic into hot pan until fragrant, add the appropriate amount of allspice.
3 Add the carrots after stiring well
4. After stir for 1 minute then adding mushrooms
5. Stir until the mushrooms soften, add celery dices.
6. Continue to stir for 1 minute, add a little salt and sugar
7. Stir well and add a little water, starch can be hook thin gravy.
