Spiced and Hot bamboo shoots with Beef

Ingredients:

sirloin, bamboo shoots, 
dried cayenne peppers, chili powder 
green pepper and star anise 
cinnamon 

Method:

1. Boiling sirloin into in hot water, then pick up and cut it into slices.

2. Stir dried cayenne peppers,chilli powder , and green pepper in the hot pan, later add oyster sauce still stir with star anise, cinnamon.

3. Put beef into the pan, add a little salt,sugar, rice wine, beef stock, to stew one and a half hour is ok.
