PRESERVED VEGETABLE WITH PORK STOMACH


Ingredients:
A bag of Boiled Fish condiment
Some pork tripe strip
Silk noodles, ginger,garlic and cayenne pepper



The practice:

1. Pork to be cut into strips/ shreds. to cut ginger into slices, and cayenne peppers cut into sections.
2. Heat up a wok with a little oil, the ginger slice and garlic slice  stir-fried, then turn into the cayenne pepper and stir well. Put into the pickled cabbage in the boiled fish condiment and stir it.Cook into a little cooking wine, pour the right amount of water or broth, after water boiling, put into port tripe strips and braise for 20 minutes. Add the rest of boiled fish condiment and to stew for a short while.
It is ready to be served.
